I have experience, playing Final Fantasy awakening. when I stop playing, the developer gives me compensation in the form of a goggle play voucher, but not completely, only half.

You spent the money as you saw fit, so no you won't get a refund. It would be one thing if you spent money on something that was broken or was wrongly advertised or charged hidden fees, but they didn't. You simply chose to put this much money into a game like this, so what you're feeling is "buyer's remorse". It's not the company's fault that you decided to spend that much. The game does not require you to pay anything to access any of the features. I have a grudge against P2Ws that pay as much money as you have yet expect sympathy for paying that much in the first place.

Yea, because they're just going to let you play & recharge for half a year, then when you get bored & quit they'll just give you back half of your money because they don't need to be a profitable business or anything.
Do you buy games play them for a few days, then get a 50% refund for returning the game?
Do you go to the movies watch half of the movie & get a refund for not watching the other half?
Do you eat half of a meal at a restaurant and get half of your money returned for not eating the other half?Be realistic.
You'll be surprised by the number of people that either almost or have finished a meal and then demand a refund. There is a reason why game companies will have these refund policies due to these people. -

I feel the need to point out that your comparison is a total false equivalence. We are talking about $800, not $20-60.

Well here are the facts, if you feel that you have been wronged or have a reasonable case, you have two options:
Plead your case to Oasisor
Contact the institution to which you paid (Bank, Credit Card Company, Paypal, etc) and plead your case.
Those are your two options. I can say with certainty that Oasis Games will NEVER refund you, whether you have a valid case or not. It is just not in their interest to do so. So that really only leaves you with one avenue to pursue.
Some people will undoubtedly will flame me for this, but it is what it is. So as long as you are honest and truthful when doing so, there really is no need to fuss.
