I dont think they normally give refunds.
Maybe if you havent spent the ingots then probably you might get one.
look at my account, and see my remaining 720 ingots lol

Yea, because they're just going to let you play & recharge for half a year, then when you get bored & quit they'll just give you back half of your money because they don't need to be a profitable business or anything.
Do you buy games play them for a few days, then get a 50% refund for returning the game?
Do you go to the movies watch half of the movie & get a refund for not watching the other half?
Do you eat half of a meal at a restaurant and get half of your money returned for not eating the other half?Be realistic.
