Well here are the facts, if you feel that you have been wronged or have a reasonable case, you have two options:
Plead your case to Oasisor
Contact the institution to which you paid (Bank, Credit Card Company, Paypal, etc) and plead your case.
Those are your two options. I can say with certainty that Oasis Games will NEVER refund you, whether you have a valid case or not. It is just not in their interest to do so. So that really only leaves you with one avenue to pursue.
Some people will undoubtedly will flame me for this, but it is what it is. So as long as you are honest and truthful when doing so, there really is no need to fuss.
