Hello, my friend account has been stolen and I want to know where can I report to delete this account and how many people are needed to report? I know that is my friend fault(The one who got stolen) to give his account to the other player (the thief) but he is my teammate so I wanna help him as much as I could. The whole server got my back(S917) and we are so pumped up to report so please guys, point me a direction. And please kindly tell me anything I need to know about acc stealing incidents in the past Thank you for your time. :)

One thing you need to know is that if someone gives details of his account to someone else on his own will- then Oasis prolly won't do a thing to help him. It's his own fault like you said.

Beside that- it should be reported to Customer Service. https://support-center.oasgames.com/?lang=en-us

Hi! I understand your friend is looking to delete his account and he can definitely contact general Customer Support, which Tiami provided. However, your friend c*so try to get his account back, which he can through this link: Click Here

Your friend will be asked questions by the support team to authenticate his identity as the Owner of the account. However, it might be a better solution than deleting the account.

Additional note: I know you guys are aware that sharing account does break the Terms of Service so getting the account back is not guaranteed, but it's worth a try.
