Hinata is really good, yeah. Otherwise, um... I know that your water main has a really good AOE (Shark Bomb), so you could pick that and have a medic on your team - Shizune or Sakura (personally I prefer Kabuto). Or you could have your main heal and have three offensive ninja. Or you could go for *l-medic team like some people do with water main/Kurenai/Karin/whatever.

Since you're early on, it seems, maybe the best route to go for now is Sasuke/Naruto/Shizune, Team Seven plus one (congrats on Shizune! I don't have her.) Depending on how that combos, switch people around and see how that works.

Oh, formation. Didn't see that, haha. Things you wanna keep in mind:

Whoever you want to go first with taijutsu, put them in the #1 space if the layout is:
3 2 1
6 5 4
9 8 7
which you'd care about if you 1. want the first taijutsu to trigger a combo or 2. don't want a combo right off the bat.

Hinata's strongest aspect in my opinion is her taijutsu deflecting thingy. In that case, have her up front, and activate the deflector thingy whenever you feel like you'll need it, say against Lee. And then put everyone else behind her so the taijutsu goes to her.

I always put the medic(s) in the back and clones in the front, although I'm rethinking it right now because Ninja War Kiba's move loses power without Akamaru.

I put really crucial players in the back, too, like heavy hitters or interrupters, ninja you want to last.
