absolutely no, his damage is very super weak. He is purely support ninja. Unless u have highest power than ur opponents XD. In that matter, then using udon moegi also is acceptable XD

    I would understand 10k, maybe even 12k... but i would never pay that much for a character so limited.

yes, just like how overpriced Hidan DPB, Tsunade hokage, tobirama normal and ninetails chakra naruto are XD
