It's bugged. And it's awful since i was waiting for his SB to improve my 9tails team... his presence should bump my damage from 10kk/4rounds to at least 12kk/4rounds.
I asked for an eta on discord but i'm still waiting for an answer.

In other words, they might fix it next MT. Or even forward in time up to never, considering they knew about it since HK came up.
But hey, at least they fixed poison tai being proc'ed if the target dodged.
