I dont understand the madara uchiha barrier, removes debuffs means what?

is mblade root buff will be remove under this barrier?

It removes all buffs not debuffs from both fields. only aura stays like Madara 20% damage increase.

ok, it just confuse me of the description, removes shield and debuff
