Seems he's not showing there anymore. Or maybe just to some people
interestingly he was showing up for me this afternoon, and now he's gone.
if he does come out, i'll probably try to get him XD as long as im not spending any real money. i know his kit is t rash but i just really like minato :')

They removed him from the list. Like they removed the Preta items upgrade.
About him, you are right that his kit isn't that strong now and it will be buffed quite heavily after (also, he will get a great defensive bond barrier). But you also need to remember that he wasn't used in CN due to the insanity of other ninjas, that totally overwhelm him. Same for 6paths ninjas.
If we are going to get 6paths and him before ( or without) the release of the most gamechanging skillbreaks, then our me
ta could become much more various then the one in CN.

ta's already changing. considering oasis released kakashi susanoo so soon after 5kage madara, and they've already added 'dream' to the debuff list. it looks like they're planning to release both me ta and counter at similar times. by the time we get to edo minato who knows where we'll be lol -
