I thought Summon Rebate will appeared next week since got Monthly event to draw 10x twice. Should I just waste Summon scrolls for 100 points?
Summon rebate will be next week (18th to 24th) probably, and on the last week of the month there is another draw 10 in monthly event. If you have enough summon scrolls to cover both this week and the last week's monthly event then go for it. Otherwise i would just wait for when we have both monthly event draw 10 and the rebate (on 22nd to 24th).
