Yeah- I could redeem only 3 more today, so if you got 5 and more before- you can't get more today.

while other players can redeem 5 packs only w/out have chance to buy it in 1st day.

Just look at this.. next up someone will come and say i redeemed 100 why i cant redeem more, i only redeemed 3 while also spend coupons for ramen because of horrible RNG drops before they removed them, and now i can't even redeem those 5 today. Others get only 5 if they missed first day's "intended" gift.

Meanwhile people run around with both 5 star and 1k extra fragments. Thank you so much for this gift, feel free to delete those ninjas from my account i even feel ashamed to own them now

Because you got almost 1300 frags while everyone else is capped at 400. That is why they are angry. They can't 5 star both ninjas like you and have an edge for skill breaks. They are right to be angry....but don't think that they blame you or anything. Oasis handled this extremely poorly. It really is incomprehensible.

Here's what I think.

I can't redeem any packs because it's already redeemed I start play on s1074 5-6 days ago so I did not take any earlier.

i cant reedem and i didnt get any pack in the first day

that bcuz i reedemed purify runes and they counted it as sakura and sasuke pack, and now it says you reedemed the pack 12 times

but actually i reedemed the purify runes 12 times, i hate this event -_-

i dont even have sakura or sasuke at 3 stars and i cant get them bcuz the * purify runes

This pack was not supposed to be available for this week but due to the bug, it was made available in place of the "5 Purification Runes" slot. Even though it was removed within the day, a lot of players were still able to purchase the pack at a very low price.

We understand that this is unfair for others who were simply not able to get the Pack during the time it was up hence after discussing with the developers, it was decided that it will be returned on the last day of the event cycle, which is today -- and as mentioned both in Discord and Forum post, the packs will be returned but at a lower redeem count.

Furthermore, if you were able to purchase some Packs last week, then you are not able to purchase them again this day because of the limit.

On the other hand, if you have redeemed either the Special Ninja Pouch or the 5*Purification Runes within the event cycle, the system will interpret this action as if you have already purchased the re-added "Special Ninja Pouch". In other words, purchasing any of those 2 mentioned items before will forfeit your chance in redeeming the Pouch.

However, due to this reason, we will bring this pack again in the future with similar price.
