k here the formation

and the talents

(english isnt my first language so well their will be mistakes)
On the first wave neji skill on the top or bottom giant
main will make the middle one go to sleep and try to get kirin charged by the end of this wave

in the second and third wave try to use your neji skills right before she poisons so you dont stack the poison too much
and as for the skills of main and sasuke use one after shizune/karin heal for the first time
and when everyone in your team has attacked use the other skill if you time it properly you can kill it in a couple of rounds
wave 3 is the same as wave2 so i wont talk a lot
in wave 4 you can just auto note ; sometimes if you combo before she heals it kinds of screws up the plan in wave 2 and 3(when you do a critical)
if that happens well use your stuff after the second heal
andyour aim is to start a combo if she has healed already and you dont have a skill ready well wish for a character to start a combo
