About 160cp per frag of Shisui on average. So for 80 frags you are looking at 12,800cp on average to fully piece him from Sakura's Gift.

Your choice obv. But, may I remind you that this is the first time in 2 months, that they gave us a chance, to redeem frags of Shisui? While we get a chance to redeeme Kakuzu frags on a much more regular basis.

Now , since superstars like Qv and Tiami won't complete Shisui in this event cycle , there's actually hope so see him again soon as reedeemable in events like Lucky board, Great Tree or missions general mob.
