then oasis should also write like that. I've got nothing for 5 days now and I want compensation for that
They didn't know what the problem is and how to fix. Now we can say it only need better desc
And yeah I'm in same situation as you- missed most of this event 'cause of "bug".
I send report about that to customer service and they replied that compensation will send on 9-10.
Thanks for letting us know what we need to do to for this mission. Its still a bug though because when you click on it it comes up with an error message (if its not a bug it shouldnt come up with a message like that) also staff.moderators have confirmed it is a bug and have said people will be compensated
I agree with this- but also if we have info about what can be done to finish that mission- it might be easier for them to find source of problem and fix it.
Let's just hope it will be fixed and all affected players (or all in general) will get compensation.
