Refines.Charm lvl 9 is good if you have high lvl runes 11-12 and high lvl mags 8-9. I would go for refines first.

Same. Refines because if you have high refines, your purify's will be also higher

go for charms. it's way way easier to get level 10-11 runes than level 10 refinements.

I hate these questions because they're asking for easy answers and I don't think any easy answers are going to be good answers.

But I think it tends to depend on where you're at with your account and what type of player you are... as well as the kinds of events that took place and which ones you decided to try to capitalize on.

But mostly, work towards the rebate number on charms and try to maximize the wish credits for refines and that tends to decide whether you prefer charms or refines during any given time.

if u go for charm first u will go to long way that wut i do tho . so i kinda regret some time n not also . but for me refine should be first after than charms
