But I think it tends to depend on where you're at with your account and what type of player you are... as well as the kinds of events that took place and which ones you decided to try to capitalize on.

But mostly, work towards the rebate number on charms and try to maximize the wish credits for refines and that tends to decide whether you prefer charms or refines during any given time.
