He was in some events prior through some packs giving his frags randomly, but he was unrecruitable for a long while.

But his first official Event was Great Plates

Got him at 4 star at 120k power!

Got him to 3 Star from Great Plates!

Then had extra 20 frags!

Then the power rewards gave me the last bit I needed!
