Have any of you ever seen this quest? It's the first time for me, and I have no clue what to do.

What I've tried: Kakashi training in a group, sparring with another team, strong approach as a group. Also won in arena, but that, and win a ranked match are their own quests, so this, I have no clue what is. If anyone knows, please let me know.
