I finished in top 10 ranking and when server opening rewards ended I didn't get what I was supposed to,also the server opening rewards top 10 has not refreshed for days when it ended.please fix it

the event is over,yesterday was the last day and im sure when the event was over I was in top 10

  • If I remember correctly, rankings for opening server events refresh every 5 hours. Do you have any proof that you were in the TOP 10 ?
I didn't screenshot but im more than sure there was a bug because the top 10 in the server opening rewards was stuck like in top 10 there we're people with only 7k power when the actual top 10 people already had over 10k power,wish I tooked a photo before it was over..

The event is over and the server opening rewards box its gone since 5/9 i can give the other details if it means anything...

  • Hey OP I know what happened here..

    The New Server Reward event did end, it's a 2-week event only.

    The top 10 ranking race is only active for the FIRST WEEK of the 2-week event.




    AKA you needed to be top 10 by the first week to get the reward. For servers just ending that was back around 8/29 or so. After that the top 10 rankings were not updated because prizes were already awarded.
really wow but why would you do that?

serve is in maintenance so might as well fill that report but what the guy who commented on page 1 just said its true I think there's no poin of me doing that..please go read his comment mod :)
