Hey OP I know what happened here..

The New Server Reward event did end, it's a 2-week event only.

The top 10 ranking race is only active for the FIRST WEEK of the 2-week event.




AKA you needed to be top 10 by the first week to get the reward. For servers just ending that was back around 8/29 or so. After that the top 10 rankings were not updated because prizes were already awarded.
