Since he responded in someone's else post rather than make an offical post, then it is unofficial. In order for to make it official, they have to create a post where everyone can see it about the mood scroll in group wheel but they haven't. All we had to conclude is based on what the mod said or the lack of inaction can conclude it won't happen since like I said like I said 1 year and 6-7 months later means it's not likely going to happen.
