Dear ninjas.


First of all, please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience or problems you've experienced today. We are currently cooperating with Team 7 on eliminating all issues.


1. Naruto Birthday Pack will be back on 10.10.2018 with same price and same amount of fragments but the amount that can be redeemed will be lower.

2. Currently, price of Sakura's Foodsacks is updated and correct. Its normal price should be 20 coupons/ingots and not 10 coupons/ingots.


We plan to compensate players for Sakura's event on 10.10.2018. But we want to hear your opinion and feedback. What would you like to see as compensation for this issue?


Please note, that the compensation should be something reasonable and not something fictional. We will not provide any free ninja fragments, free ingots or coupons. Leave your comments in this thread, we will make sure to check your suggestions and take them into consideration. ~

UPDATE:

After talking with our manager, I have one more information for you. Compensation may vary for each region. What it means is - LA and NY might receive bigger compensation and also a different item. But of course, all of this depends on your feedback and suggestions. So please make sure to include your region in your post.

Probably something good enough having in mind that MANY people got 5* sasuke/sakura | madara 7k | edo deidara/kakuzu 6k | etc.

So please do not *ing give us 5 seals scrolls as compensation.
