1. Naruto Birthday Pack will be back on 10.10.2018 with same price and same amount of fragments but the amount that can be redeemed will be lower.
2. Currently, price of Sakura's Foodsacks is updated and correct. Its normal price should be 20 coupons/ingots and not 10 coupons/ingots.
We plan to compensate players for Sakura's event on 10.10.2018. But we want to hear your opinion and feedback. What would you like to see as compensation for this issue?
Please note, that the compensation should be something reasonable and not something fictional. We will not provide any free ninja fragments, free ingots or coupons. Leave your comments in this thread, we will make sure to check your suggestions and take them into consideration. ~

LA and NY did not have this chance because of time zone difference. So we want to establish a bit of fairness in upcoming compensation. But of course it does not mean LA and NY will get something else. It all depends on your decision and choice.

I came from work yesterday and i was shocked to hear my friends talking about an amazing event that literally gave them, almost for free, a lot of fragments for sasuke suit and sailor sakura, i asked wich was that event and they told me " its already gone, it lasted one morning"...
Event week must be for everyone like it has always been, people have school or go to work, we don't need to be here 24/7, that beeing said, how do you think that people like me, who didnt enjoy this "gift" feel like? I wasn't gone for 1 month, i was away 8h and i see how this event gives advantages to some lucky mates.
There is no possible compensation, or a possible second prize, the only thing you can do is to put that "gift" for one day for those who didnt enjoy it, if you don't think its fair for your business i understand but you, like everyone else must take responsabilities from their mistakes and not erase them.
I'm a recharger player, that is my own business what i do with my money, but one thing is for sure, if i'm treated different because i'm at work and not playing 24h in here, then i shall stop my recharger.

I believe you received wrong information from your friends. Sakura's even is not gone, it is still in game. We only fixed a bug with food-sacks price. It was supposed to be 20 coupons/ingots from the start of event cycle but for unknown reason system did not update its price.
We are aware and concerned as well about this whole situation. That is why this thread is here, to collect all of your suggestions for compensation and we will make sure to send you something as apology/compensation for this terrible situation.
