Oasis probably won't give an answer so quickly, they have to talk to the developers side and come to a consensus among themselves.

Because either way someone is gonna take the fall for the "Intended" gift. Maybe not meant as intended as they have coded into the game.

Meanwhile.. I have my own answers, but I think it's gonna be hard to check who bought and upgraded the ninjas or even to roll back.

If they can pull it off, no one will complain of unfairness. Even for compensation, it would be hard to know who deserve the compensation.

Good luck Oasis, this one a tough one for you.... and you can't really blame the players for their response as well.

Because those who got it, were also assured that it's not a bug.

They will surely bring back sakura/sasuke pack, they already promised it on the last day before next maintenance Wed 10/10/2018.

Heads up, stack up your Ramen for free Sakura Cloak/ Sasuke Suit on that day if you want in on that deal.

Not sure about how many pack you can redeem but pretty sure with 2 or 3 pack you can easily 4 star or for those already have it 5 star it.

Your only real issue now is miss opportunities with Sakura Event.

My take here is.. you shouldn't buy it if you found it's not worth the price with 20cp a pack.

If you spend nothing there, you win and lost nothing. Plus you get free compensation.

And the reason for their continued behavior to capitalize on such events this way is predictable..

Because Oasis has set a precedence that they either cannot correct it, nor roll back just some changes,

Or it's impractically due to complexity/too much work/delay/time faults, snowballng faults etc.

Much better to write off losses and focus on where the game can go next, correct?
