Just notice it says it drops seal scrolls but never got any there. So maybe it's incorrect.

It is correct but dont expect alot of seals from it, i got my first one in it a few weeks ago for 2 years playing so yeah its super rare at this point but possible

@Daiske, will we be able to obtain 30 missing frags of Kakasi somehow (without getting 2nd prize in the wheel 6 times...)

Slot machine changes, given Ay breaks seem reasonable, although you still should remove coins and basic refines from reward list. Or add refine optional pack instead of runes, either way delete coins. Those changes might actually make this event top tier for recharging for certain people. Good change nontheless, this event improved a lot already.

Naruto froggy, 2 and 3 prize change might encourage playerbase to actually buy them. Hopefully its better than previous ones.
