Yes but they should’nt even put it on there. I’ve been playing for like 2 years and I’ve only ever gotten one.. maybbbeeeee 2 and that was between 2 accounts so it is not very likely to get one like at allxD

I'm afraid he is in Sakura's gift then people spend for him and Oasis will put him in next Lucky Board
