Karin has a pattern just like Shiz. I personally use all the ones you have except i take out sasuke for sai. He has a guaranteed combo starter so that way you can save kakashi's mystery to combo before they heal again the next turn.

so when do use jutsu on karin after she heals like u do shizune and what should i worry about with jiraya if i beat karin

In normal, Jirayai isn't there. And yes the strategy is exactly the same for Karin. you do a combo after she heals and then the next turn, launch your mystery to kill her.

I haven't tried hard (i'm level 59) so can't help you there. :D

You use first combo after her 2nd heal, she heals twice in a round. Your 2nd combo before she heals in the new round, so u need someone on move 1 to start the combo before she can heal. I use kimimaro, kabuto, kakashi + main as heal(need repulse into knockdown summon). Can solo with this lineup but also works well with lightning in 2 man.
