Logically speaking he should not be a part of "cursed seal". Reply

He is from the second branch of Hyuuga Clans which means he has a curse seal. I am more confused by Karin's Tojutsu(Eye Jutsu).

Yes he has a curse seal, but not a "Cursed seal" its not the same as kimimaro/sasuke/Oro/Kabuto etc and shouldnt proc from their abilities
