Super rares in CN needs another potion to roll the stats. The advanced vial.

For some reasons, they aren't released here yet. The only way to get them is through team exams.


Also you need to consider that what made Ay "broken" in CN was exactly his mutations, since atm his damage is still lacking. But if you give him +100% atk / nin and +200% def... you are making him extremely tanky while giving him an insane amount of damage.
