So, I really, really need the Kakashi Shonen for my Jonin Minato's Bond Mystery. Now that he's finally here, is there any way to increase my chances of getting his frags on sakura's festival? Be it with tricks, tips or whatever? Or is it complete RNG? And is it likely that (having 0 frags so far) I can recruit him by the end of the event?
