Tobi's price is well worth those 20k coupons. He has one of the most powerful barriers, interruption on both mystery and chase, good scaling, a dodge, can start combo chases with his auto.

Just like normal tobirama, he isn't really worth at low power, but his presence becomes massive when paired with more meta ninjas and a deep wallet (if you don't know, normal tobirama mystery damage is second only to edo deidara.
