Bee [samehada] (20 per standard)

Shino (60 per mystery, 10 per attack suffered)

Shino [gnw] (10 per attack suffered)

Torune (90 per mystery, 20 per standard)

Nagato [edo] (40 per standard)

This list excludes ninjas that generate chakra (eg. kurenai, mabui, jigokudo). but if you want a list of those i'll be happy to write it up for you too.
