i think it is related to the set of team you are using in general. For example, if im using JM with bond skill, JM in ranked will also have bond skill. But If I change to another line up in the Ninja interface, in which Anbu Itachi has the bond skill, JM in ranked will not have bond skill anymore, but Anbu Itachi will instead.

I know the bonds work. I have anbu itachi and jonin minato set with there bonds on all presets which is why Im confused if its only bond skills that count or do I need to equip ever ninja I use in rank with assist tiles and enhance them
