I have met this person once before. But this time I managed to take a screenshot. This is from Arena.

Normal version of Fuguki (GNW) does not carry a sword. He also has a completely different chase. Under "Ninja" train, I don't find another version of Fuguki. Also, the power of this player in Arena is not the usual (19k/26k). Is this some kind of testing that is on the way for a Ninja we might receive soon? Or I am missing something?
