Initiative steal doesn't sound horrible, He seems like he'd be one used to pick off units one by one.

Nice concept, especially with the Initiative steal, but that might get a bit complicated, and some things are bit specific (Water ninja, Killer Bee), but that initiative scaling isn't bad, he may be used a lot for blitz teams or teams that rely on a Main's initiative, it could make a difference.

Doesn't seem to be that much of a ranked or GNW ninja, mainly a 1v1 ninja.
