I use Sai, 5KS Temari and Chiyo [Chikamatsu of 10 Puppets] It combos well with rasengan and gamaken, plus Chiyo's mystery can destroy sai's dogs in the mirror match.

I haven't tried anything with water yet, but I'd probably use Mabui.
