Hello.

I'm sorry it took me so long to reply but I am busy with other projects.

It is true that Five Nature Chakra system was added with version 5.0 but it was not supposed to be available right away. We took this feature down, it is currently not available but unfortunately, there were players who took advantage of this issue and invested some of their resources into this feature. We were discussing and trying to find a solution how to completely fix this issue but we were not able to come up with anything that wouldn't harm or affect players. We are not able to disable Elemental boosts because it is tied to Five Nature Chakra system and system does not recognize this specific feature yet. It does exist but it is not available. Same goes about completely resting their Elemental boost and send them their invested resources. We can't do that because we can't send ingots to account without specific payment ID and if ingots for specific payment ID were added to account/UID, it can't be done again. And since system does not fully recognize this feature yet, there is no way for us to find out how much they've invested into this feature.

So for now, until official release, all "lucky" players who invested into this feature can keep their Elemental boosts. There are only few players who upgraded their boosts to higher percentage.

As for release date. No promises but because of this problem, we might release this specific feature a bit sooner than we've planned to. But it c*ways change. We will make sure to release this feature as soon as possible.

But you can ban them because they made advantage of a bug.

This is the best thing to do. Ban every person that made use of that feature over a single +1% until you actually release the feature.
