actually the chakra training didnt add much of the element resistance% but ninja tools (before nerfed) does, i really want a better attributes of ninja tools in the past which increase "4%" of each element resistance per one of them. The nerfed ones only has "2%" element resistence only... So, it's really different when you got all the tools with every element resistence, 40% vs 20% in my cluster, I can see only one older player that got 40%
