    He looks great to me.

he is fragile, he will die very very quickly, his skills do sound good but his damage is super bad, and by using him in your team you are taking spot for other cruical and more beneficial ninjas.

  • I dont see how someone can be more beneficial in alot of these teams have dodging ninjas. Being able to kill of their dodge skills is powerful

thats the thing, he is only useable in minato / water main teams,
