Im here because I tryied use the redem for sasuke e sakura and it says that it have been redemed the max in my account and that i cant redem more...

I never redemed her, and I waited so long even spend coupons to get ichiraku ramen and now i cant redem her, I this really important because I need her in my team and I dont understand why doesnt work...
