Itachi SS + madara SS + tsunade hokage + wind main. Can this team somehow make wind main attack twice? I had pakura on my team and I think it buffed her. Unbelivable.

One of wind mains chase gives her an extra standard attack if she can proc the chase -- specifically, the 4th chase: "Combo Blade of Wind".

it was added in 5.0, the blind on her low to high chase was 4.0. they also gave her repulse to kd chase a 2nd proc with 5.0.

no those changes were definitely made in 4.0. i distinctly remember using her double chase well before 5.0 was released
