we don't have QQ members, diamond members here either, so i don't really think this supposed jonin medal discount is a guaranteed thing in future english versions.

although it's true that the other 3 options do have discounted prices in the chinese servers in the in-game shop.

"going further against the 'we aren't like other regions' thing": but we aren't like other regions in the first place. all the regional versions of this game are different. huoying qq is different from the taiwanese gm99 version which is different from the brazilian version and that's different from the germany version, not to mention the french, italian, polish etc.

All these different versions are handled by different teams of people all over the world, possibly even different companies. These teams of people do have the allowance to change some systems where they want to, so ultimately, we end up with only similar games, similar power systems, similar gameplay.

A better way to approach these different versions (particularly the chinese and german versions), is to take them simply as guidelines for what we might expect in the future. ninja designs, power systems. Comparing and scrutinizing every detail and just futile

2. "that's just cruel": well, it's completely ridiculous that players complain about oasis being unfair, while holding them to double standards regarding the game.

You say: oh we want jonin medal discounts, free ninja, free clothes, cheaper power items just like they have in china

Then you say: oh we don't want oasis to change the cave key rebate, don't want them to change the magatama system like that have in china

And then, you complain that the global version just isn't the same as the chinese version.

You say: oh germany has angel konan and new clothes, and new treasures

Then you say: please oasis don't give us % tactics like they have in germany

Then you complain about the game being different

Players are only comparing and complaining about the things they want from the other versions, and hiding behind the excuse of "wow shouldn't our version be the same as theirs?" If you really wanted our version to be exactly the same, I'd hear more complaints about our magatama system only needing 3 mags per level for the next, instead of 4. I'd hear more complaints about how our version of Konoha's Gift Shop doesnt sell enough skillbooks. More complaints about how our clothing system gives +100 to +300 stats, instead of just +5.

3. "opposed to releasing free stuff": you guys really want free stuff huh. when they give you free ninja, you say, why is this ninja so useless. when they make you redeem the ninja you say, china got this ninja for free. when they give you free stuff, you say, wow but it's all worthless, and when they let you redeem things, you say they aren't cheap enough. so like,,,what do you want?

4. the jonin medal discount: i genuinely do not know if there will be jonin medal discounts in our version. there might have been talk of it happening sure. there's always a lot of talk. sometimes these are rumours spread by misinformed people, sometimes they're actually accurate. I said i woudn't bank on it being a guaranteed thing because i don't know where all this 'talk' came from. You can continue to speculate, or you can ask the mods.
