Well they need to do something about the RNG on it. My server has been active just over a year now and just about everyone BUT me and my brother have managed to get any contracting scrolls, and we're in EVERY GNW. If it hasn't already reached that point, It's becoming statistically improbable that we HAVEN'T managed to get ONE.
