its different among the players

like if somone have 4 charm lvl on his sword, he will get a +50% attack, that mean if he got 100 attack stats, he will get 150 not 100 bcuz its +50%

but if someone have 0 charm lvl on his sword he wont get +50% attack, if he get 100 attack stats it will stay 100 not 150
