Can someone give me an idea of a competitive team for either one of those ninja? I'm debating pulling for them but are they worth using at all?

I have both of those ninjas, and i can confirm that they are not that great. Rasa can be paired with Gaara and Temari, which isn't that great in the current meta, and gengetsu can be paired with chojuro, and mangetsu, and that too is not that great. Be patient, I got them both for free in the edo tensei treasure

Rasa can work really well with Gaara, depending on the teams you are facing. I also find him to work really well with Regular Gaara, Sage Naruto, and Wind Main for Arena.
