Before, Contracting Scroll can be seen and obtained from spinning the Lucky Sn4tch Wheel .. but it was removed and replaced by something else .. Then appeared once at Mission General Mobilization where its value for redeem is a bit high .. Now the only way to get Contracting Scroll is having a good luck and getting it from opening xGNW Gift Packs .. Unless, they put it back in one of the events or in the Sun/Moon Shop ..
