I saw kaizer's video, using madara 5k instead of Han/Roshi, using shark bomb instead of heal for mystery, and it destroyed everything, it got shield/buff removal, poison, chaos, interuption, chakra absorbtion, single burst damage, area damage.

Yes, but generally I think that would counter roots specifically because Han can clean field wide buffs & shields & then healers can potentially out heal all the damage but I'd say it's hit or miss also the team would require Roshi to clean the barrier & that would mean you'd have to out Initiate your opponent or delay your mystery & hope you don't get skull bashed.
If you run into Fire Main Shisui blitz, that's a different ball game entirely as Han/Roshi/Watermain as that'll just stop your healing most of the times, generally I've found that Kurenai is a solid option if you want to counter Shisui as the power relies in his ability to Chaos for 2 turns, effectively making a fight 3v4 for 2 rounds.
