imagine u'r little brother play this game, and find someone try to bully u'r brother with aggressive language and u cant do nothing or u just ignore it. Each person r different,some takes it serious some don't care about it. If u read in misbehavior thread, u will know
Every (online) games test your mentality.
There are a lot more games with toxic players and those are worse than Naruto Online.
You can't really go through every single one, every chat.
The best way you can do is teach them personally and strengthen their morals and game mentality.
To block chat is a one of good ways to just focus on your game / team.
Most of time I was on "group" tab anyway, hardly even looked at world chat.

Sometimes I played better in "some" game when I turned off the chat.

This thread has shown that Arena is already a stressful place.
I literally can't wait to see what will happen in Zenith, when you basically have only 1 week to play each month.
