It should be 800-1200. The range is to account for people for getting their SRs at different amount of seals and if they correctly counted for their seal scrolls used.

SRs are seperated from rares. Let's say you put in the average seal scrolls needed, which is 60, then you decide to go 10 more. You can end up getting your SR from that 10 seal scrolls and continue to get your rare after putting in 50 more.

Keep in mind, if you use the 60 ss rule, you might overstate or understate the actual amount of seal scrolls you actually spent since sometimes you get rares at 50 and even at 70. Use of a spreadsheet is helpful in keeping since it is unlikely a counter would be set up for this game very late into the development of the game.
