    They all exist, they'll be much harder to obtain though- but each one is gotton from the same TI I believe it's the Uchiha Brothers one, just on different difficulties.

I haven't used my Legendary Red Tools yet, since i have no Red Nature Stones left .. Still using the old red ones .. But here, i have limited stock of Legendary Red Tools, this is the only Tools i got from playing TI for so long .. The drop is really low and much worse now because of the 5.0 update ..

I only managed to get 6 Fans, 6 Swords and 6 Masks (demon confirmed xD) from playing TI for so long but for Red Gourd, it drops fast and i used some of it to level up my tools xD ..
